Walking with a guide
If you like adventures in unknown places then you may already have engaged a guide to accompany you as you journey forth.
Whether it's an audio-guide in a gallery for an exhibition you'd love to know more about, a mountaineer well-versed in the terrain you wish to cross, a sub-acqua instructor on holiday in Egypt, a senior colleague who offers to mentor you into your next role, or an adept on the spiritual path you'd like to follow, guides tend to have several things in common.
They have already traversed the ground you are about to walk on. They have met challenges you may also encounter en route and needed to adapt from the inside out, not just learn and practise new skills. In other words they have grown into those situations and mastered aspects of themselves through sustained practice and experience.
They know how to help you make deeper connections than you might do alone, so that you can find your own rich answers. They walk alongside, encouraging you when things get more difficult, challenging you to stretch yourself just a bit more, championing you as you learn.
They have your back, they are part of your team, on your side.

Asha Singh
My early life
In 1969, my mixed-race parents drove a Volkswagen Beetle from London to India, and I was born in New Delhi. It was an apt beginning for an adventurous and often complex life in which I have always been captivated by the sights, sounds, smells, tastes and feel of new places and people.
Creativity and spirituality have always been golden threads. I played music well as a young person and spent a lot of time in nature; today I sculpt, perform and write, do yoga, meditation and retreats regularly in beautiful places.
I share a lot of embodied practices in my work, because openness and curiosity are essential for responding usefully to big challenges and our bodies don't lie!
My studies & first work
I studied Mechanical Engineering (B.Eng Hons, University of Exeter, UK), and Business Management in Agriculture and the Food Industry (Postgraduate Diploma, The Royal Agricultural University, UK).
I wanted to protect the environment, so I worked first in policy-making for the UK government, then for a charity protecting endangered species, developing people in both roles.
But I longed to be outside, self-employed and getting my hands dirty...so I became a garden designer. I loved creating beautiful outdoor spaces for delighted customers and learning to care for land.
What I do now
I then moved to Italy, where a project emerged to help leaders in a famous brand work more effectively with foreign colleagues. My second reinvention was supporting clients to understand what was happening below the surface of daily busyness and improve their effectiveness.
In time, I saw similar dynamics repeating across organisations and sectors, different scales. I gained certifications in Inspiring Leadership through Emotional Intelligence and the Leadership Circle Profile, complexity science (Santa Fe Institute, USA) and Regenerative Design (Gaia Education, UK).
I specialised in helping senior leadership teams adapt rapidly to rising complexity and transform their organisations and cultures. Today I focus on expanding who we believe ourselves to be, regenerative design and development so that we can create a beautiful, sustainable world where all can flourish.
Why choose me
* I offer guided reflection for senior leaders and practitioners who want to strengthen their regenerative purpose and change how they show up to realise it
* I have experienced substantial change in my own life, particularly recently, and am well-practised in adapting from the inside out
* I'm great at surfacing what we can't so easily see for ourselves and getting beyond what keeps us stuck
* I promise to be kind, honest, fair, empathetic and to move you forwards
* I love to work in person or online, in English and Italian
Where I am based
I will be living once more in London from July 2025, after nearly 25 years abroad. I travel regularly for pleasure and work, and hope to spend time in India in the next years.
Josselin Butte'
My early life
Growing up in the countryside in Normandy deeply impacted me. It gave me space to observe and notice patterns, seasonal cycles, animals and plants. I share many fond memories of our various animals with my sister, a well-recognised dance movement psychotherapist who has always inspired me to keep on paying attention to our senses.
Music runs through me. I’ve always wanted to play and can still remember my first lesson, aged 5, when my teacher had to hold my trumpet for me. I took up the handpan in 2010. I am in love with this instrument and include it in all projects when it fits.
My love of learning
Since as far as I can remember I loved to observe and learn from my observations. My first observations were of nature when growing in the countryside. I am a 'life long learner for sure. The darker days when I was heavily bullied at school are now serving me and everyone I work with. I love finding out about the details of people and things, looking for patterns, and discovering how I can use my knowledge, skills and experience to activate change within and all around.
Most recently, I completed a Certificate in Regenerative Design (Gaia Education, UK). I also hold a Diploma in Supervision (IDSUP – Institut de Développement de la SUPervision, France), an MBA (Open University Business School, UK) and a BE in Sound Engineering and Music Practice (Kingston University, UK). I have also studied Anthropology, Sociology, Psychology, English and American literature and Philosophy.
What I do now
I have worked in organisational development across 4 continents since 2004. Based in London, Brussels and Boulder, Colorado for the first part of my career. I now live in a beautiful village in the Pyrénées. The mountains remind me to go on daily walks and hikes. Since moving here 5 years ago, I practice paragliding to remind me how important it is to be 100% present in any moment.
Why choose me
* I offer (1) supervision for practitioners who want to develop their regenerative capability, (2) individual and team coaching for senior leaders to transform their organisations fast and (3) facilitation for all teams, formal and informal groups in organisations of any size.
* I'm a permaculture specialist and musician which I bring into my work where it fits, to help us grow holistically. I love to walk and fly with my paraglide.
* I promise to be present, sensitive to your needs, honest, fair and to help you expand how you see yourself.
* I love to work in person or online, in French and English
* Feedback from past and current clients include: 'Totally loving perceptive magician'. If that resonates, let's meet and speak.
Where I am based
I live in the Pyrénées, not far from Toulouse, and am often in London. I also travel regularly for work and pleasure.
