Why raise your vibe
In today's busy, polarised world, it's all too easy to feel exhausted, constrained and overwhelmed. Our minds make up stories about our experience that we believe to be true. In the western world, at least, we tend to see life as something that happens to us that we can observe, measure and direct where we want it to go.
Fields of learning like quantum physics, the creative arts and wisdom traditions, however, show us that reality is all about energy and is completely subjective. Our bodies don't like about our experience and our feelings and intuition can become wise and powerful guides for our lives.
We can feel grounded then no matter what is happening and grow into it, whether we like it or not.
In other words, we are the co-creators of our lives. To do that we need to improve the quality of our energy and what we do with it. We need to raise our vibe.

Common questions
How fit do I need to be to take part in the workshop?
We will be moving around and also doing some parts of the activity on the floor. You can also do everything sitting in a chair.
What do I need to wear or bring?
As we will be moving around, wear comfortable clothes in layers you can take off and put back on. You may want to bring your own water bottle, there will be a short break with water or a warm drink.
Will you refund me if I can't make it?
We are running this workshop at cost only so we are happy to refund you if you cancel at least 2 weeks before the event. If you can't make it last minute, we will use your payment just to cover our costs. Thank you for your understanding!
